Alert ticket is not checking in items when scanned off rent
When scanning items back off rent to various status such as; Ready to Rent, Wash, Repair, etc. The Alert ticket must not be open when the Easy RFID Pro app user is scanning items back in. If the ticket is open by another user the handheld will display an error such as stranded ticket and will not accept the changes. These changes will be updated in the Easy RFID Pro system, but must then be manually checked in on the Alert ticket.
