FloLive SIM Card Not Working Troubleshooting

How to Troubleshoot a SIM Card Connection When It Is Not Working

If your scanner or device is not connecting through the SIM card, follow the steps below to verify the cellular settings and Access Point Name (APN).


⚙️ Step 1 – Open Internet Settings

Go to Settings > Internet, then select the gear icon next to “FloLive”.


📶 Step 2 – Confirm SIM Settings

Make sure the Use SIM toggle is turned on.

Then confirm the following settings are enabled or set correctly:

  • Mobile data should be turned on
  • Roaming should be turned on
  • 4G calling should be turned on
  • Preferred network type should be set to 4G
  • Automatically select network should be turned on

📡 Step 3 – Check the Access Point Name

Scroll to the bottom of the list and tap Access Point Names.

Make sure 1Sim is selected.


🔍 Step 4 – Verify the APN Value

Tap 1Sim and confirm that the APN field is set to cbc135.
