How to Edit Item List

Log into the cloud console and navigate to the "view items list" tab.

First Export the items via the grid interface.

Open the file in excel –

Remove  - Columns : id_item_master, uuid_accounts_fk, date_updated , date_created

Move – Last scanned column to after last scanned by.

Select tag ID column and format it to number field with the formatting options in excel to number with no decimal points and the correct number of leading zeroes as excel removes the leading zeroes that some tags include.

You can then update the item descriptions as needed.

Once completed you can save as a tab delimited text file and drag and drop into the grid. The import is set as update append so it would be updating based on the tag-id number.
