What Happens When I Cancel a Sync?

If you click either GET SEED DATA or SYNC ITEM LIST on the scanner, and then, for whatever reason decide to hit CANCEL, your scanner will not be able to recognize anything you scan moving forward as it has now "forgotten" your database. Any tag that you scan will now simply show up as a tag number with no other information. This happens because in order for the scanner to sync, it basically has to first "forget" your database and then download it again with the new information that you are syncing.

IF THIS HAPPENS DO NOT PANIC!
Simply follow these simple steps:
  1. Hit the GET SEED DATA or SYNC ITEM LIST button again.
  2. Wait for the entire sync to complete
  3. Your database will now once again be synced with your scanner.
