In Mass Scan, how can I see the list of information that I scanned?
Press "Post Scans". Once you do that, if you have items you do not want, you can delete them before you press "submit" and then "Sync Scan".
Where does the Touch Scan information go?
When you press "Sync Scans", this will update any changes you made to the database in the cloud. For example changing a status from “ ON RENT” to “WASH” and checking the box “dirty”.

Do item names have to match seed data names?
They do not. You can change an item name on a specific item. However, be aware that changing the name will only change the name of that specific tag and will then create a separate item name under that same rental class.
Can you pick a specific item and assign it to a contract and then go pick it?
When you assign an item to "On Rent", the system will set that specific item to that contract # and name. You can later use the "Touch Scan" to check the items that you picked without changing the status.
Is there a way to search for a specific tent top for a given order?
Yes! Using the item number: Select "Single Item Locate". Type the number in the rental class ID field. Press enter and it will show you a list of all tops with that ID number. You can then select the exact top you are looking for and quickly find it ...
Can you upload from Excel and add to the current Seed Data list?
Yes! You can upload from one item to a million items from an excel spreadsheet and add into your seed data and it will simply add those items to the items that are already in your database.
