Release Notes for Version 4

12 New Features Announced in Version 4
  1. Added the ability to select “staged” as an option from drop down menu when using touch scan.
  2. All mass Scan screens will now display the “Quality” column.
  3. Added RFID power level to the item history report including the ability to scan by RFID, barcode or using keyboard.
  4. Added the ability to search for rental class by name to assign tag.
  5. Added ability to search for rental class by name when doing a single item or multi-item locate.
  6. System will now consolidate like rental classes for on rent mass scan. Displaying the total qty for each rental class.
  7. Consolidate like rental classes in mass scan summary grids . This feature was added to ON Rent, Touch Scan, and Return to stock so that it displays qty for each rental class.
  8. Added new option to Touch scan. Touch Scan now has the ability to do a “Status Scan”.  This feature is for checking an item with no intent of changing status.
  9. Users will no longer need to select power level before scan. Default will be used unless changed.
  10. Printing labels will now consolidate labels by like rental class  showing a quantity total. 
  11. You can now re assign a tag from he handheld device without deleting the tag in the Cloud Console. *Use caution when assigning tags so you don't rewrite a tag that is unintentional.
  12. Added Integration with “Alert” Rental software V. 23.   See alert release notes for details.
