Why does "Item History" in reports try to scan a barcode?

When you pull the trigger on the scanner it should activate both the laser and the RFID reader to read the tag. Once you read the RFID tag, it will return the history for that item. Please note that you must be connected to the internet for this feature in the handheld to work.
