Why is my scanner not scanning RFID tags?

Why is my scanner not scanning RFID tags?

If your scanner is not scanning RFID tags try these fixes:
  1. Make sure that your battery power level is above 10%
  2. Go to the 123 RFID app on your scanner (see image below) 
    1. Go to settings
    2. Select RFID
    3. Select Regulatory and make sure that under Region it is set to United States (USA)
