Scanner Not Connecting to the Printer via Bluetooth
The first time you pair your scanner to the printer, you need to put the printer into discovery mode.
Make sure that bluetooth is enabled on your scanner.
HOW TO PUT PRINTER INTO DISCOVERY MODE:
- Hold down the FEED button on the printer until the bluetooth symbol flashes on the left side of the screen.
- On the scanner in the Easy RFID Pro app, select TOUCH SCAN - SET PRINTER.
- When you are in the printer field on the screen, scan the barcode for bluetooth on the bottom of the printer. Your devices should now pair.
IF DEVICES DO NOT PAIR:
- Close the Easy RFID Pro app
- Go to SETTINGS on your scanner
- Find the bluetooth section (do this while printer is still in discovery mode).
- Select the printer. Devices should now pair.
